How to apply.
What we look for.
Experience
- At least 2 years of real interviewing: recruiter, talent acquisition, HR or hiring manager
- Aged 21 or over
- Current or former roles both count
- A LinkedIn profile, employment letter or similar that shows this experience
Languages and time
- Fluent Spanish, English, or both
- At least 2 hours a week, at times you choose
- Able to meet candidates 1-on-1 in person in Madrid (most sessions are face to face; online is optional extra)
For online sessions
- A laptop with a camera and microphone
- A quiet room and a stable internet connection
The right attitude
- Honest, kind feedback, given out loud
- Short written feedback after each session, within 24 hours
- Agree to PrepMeet's simple rules (below)

Students

Feedback is given out loud during the session: what went well, what to fix and how to answer better. Within 24 hours, you send short written feedback through PrepMeet: strengths, areas to improve and one or two next steps.
How you get paid.
You get 100% of the price you set. PrepMeet's fee is added on top of your price, and the client pays it. So the client sees one higher all-in price, and the fee never comes out of your money.
Example only. Clients pay by card through Stripe, a secure payment company. Your price goes straight to your own Stripe account and Stripe sends it to your bank automatically. Your bank details go to Stripe, never to PrepMeet.
Clients can also buy a pack of 3 sessions with you. You still get your full price for every session, paid when each one is booked.
A few simple rules.
Working together
- Clients book and pay through PrepMeet
- Never take payment outside PrepMeet (€3,000 penalty)
- Your profile shows your first name and surname, never your contact details
Quality and safety
- Clients rate every session; keep a 4.5+ average
- In-person sessions only at venues PrepMeet has approved
- All clients are 18 or older
Questions recruiters ask.
Do I need to be working as a recruiter now?
No. Current recruiters, former recruiters and hiring managers can all apply, as long as you have real interviewing experience.
How many hours do I need to give?
As few or as many as you like. You choose your available times, and you can pause whenever you need to.
How much can I earn?
It depends on your price and how many sessions you take. You keep 100% of the price you set. PrepMeet's fee is added on top and paid by the client.
What do I need for online sessions?
A laptop, a quiet room and a good connection. We send the video link for every session.
How do payments and invoices work?
Payments run through Stripe. Once you're accepted, we send you a secure Stripe link to set up your payouts. Stripe keeps a record of every payment, which helps with your own taxes. We're happy to explain more on the first call.
Can I work for my employer at the same time?
Usually yes, but check your contract for rules about side work. Many recruiters do sessions in the evenings or at weekends.
